I have also attached any information which will clarify our respon 3es. Item 3: 25244-21 (HSC) Failed to retain current (SB14) review and plan. I directed this to our corporate environmental group, specifically Bob Bennett. His response on 3)'10/95 was that based on past practices and the recycling of our waste oil, we did not trigger the amount needed for a SB14 plan. We do not have a SB 14 plan at this facility ba ed on prior assessments done by our corporate environmental group. During them nth of January 1995, the plant purchased a portable flip phone to be used in these type ol situations. The number to this phone is (209) 479-1660. Item 16: 66265 34 (CCR) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. We have an al nn system for fire or other emergencies installed by ADT. We have spill hits located around the plant in areas where there may be a potential for a chemical or oil spill. We do have portable showers in production areas and hoses throughout the plant if washdown nee ed.
