We also have two way radios which are carried around by plant <br /> staff personnel which can communicate to all other radios, the main office and the guard <br /> shack for not fication and requests for outside help. In the event of an emergency during <br /> the clean up, remote pull fire alarms are located around the plant which are available in <br /> addition to the above equipment for plant notification and warning. We also have a <br /> manual horn system to notify personnel of a hazardous condition in the plant next to the <br /> electric shop. <br /> Item 21: 66265.173(a) (CCR) Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except <br /> when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> We have installed the lids and bung caps on drums of chemicals and oils, including those <br /> in the enclos d secondary containments. We have reminded all crews during tailgate <br /> meetings of tIle importance of closing all chemical, oil and waste drums after use to <br /> prevent further contamination into them.
