It is unknown how mu h process water entered the creek. Apparently, the process water <br /> depleted the dissolved oxygen content of the creek. We have estimated that approximately <br /> 150 fish were killed. Subsequent clean-up efforts, detailed in the 15 July 1994 letter restored <br /> the creek to its origin II condition with in a few days. <br /> I hope that this information, along with the 15 July 1994 letter, and the attached lab results, <br /> provides you with theIinfomiation you requested.
