Eight Mile Road, <br /> Stockton, California. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste regulations were identified. Specific <br /> violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct the identified violations within <br /> the scheduled time peri d will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br /> 1. Title 2 , California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5, Section 66264.16 (d)(e). <br /> Employee training records are inadequate. <br /> 2. Title 2.2, California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5, Section 66268.7 (a)(6) <br /> No Land Disposal Restriction (L.DR) paperwork found accompanying manifests. <br /> 3. Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5, Section 66262.34 (f). <br /> Drums containing hazardous waste were not labeled properly. <br /> 4.
