Just to remind you of the accident, we discharged 1000 gallons of <br /> water into Bear Creek. As I informed you then, the Department of Fish and Game was notified, <br /> R <br /> also the California egional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The Fish and Game Department came to our plant on the morning of the 6th and found that <br /> no damage to the water habitat. We had the water tested from the drainage ditch and also from <br /> Bear Creek.
