Box 1290 <br /> Stockton, CA 952 2 <br /> RE: REPORT OF OLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On February 27, 1 90, San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health <br /> Division, (PHS-EH ), conducted an inspection of Tri-Valley Growers Plant #4 (TVG-4), <br /> located at 3200 E. ight Mile Road, Stockton California. <br /> As a result of that i spection, violations of the hazardous waste statues and/or regulations <br /> were identified. Sp cific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure <br /> to correct the identi ed violations within the scheduled time period will result in PHS-EHD <br /> citing you for conti uing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br /> 1. California Health and Safety Code, Section 25189.5 (a). <br /> (a) Hazardous materials are being handled improperly in and around the <br /> lift shop. This has resulted in a discharge of hazardous waste to the <br /> ground, contaminating the soil in and around the lift shop. <br /> 2. Title 2, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 67140, et seq. <br /> (a) At the time of inspection, TVG-4 did not have a contingency plan. <br /> 3. Title 2, CCR, Section 67105. <br /> (a) At the time of inspection, TVG-4 did not have a personnel <br /> training program. <br /> 4. Title 22, CCR, Section 66508 (a),(1),(2),(3),and (4). <br /> (a) At the time of inspection there were fifty five gallon drums of solvent <br /> and waste oil stored without labels or accumulation start dates. <br /> (b) At the time of inspection TVG-4 had old chemicals to be shipped as <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
