Operational changes <br />taken to prevent <br />recurrence: None <br />V. FLOW DIRECTION (POTENTIAL SPILLS) [112.7(b)] <br />Most of the yard surface runoff is contained within the yard limits. Flow within the area of the <br />separation plant is directed back to the oil trap for recycling. Flow in Area 3 - Diesel Storage is <br />directed to the oil/water separator for recycling. The drains in the containment around Tank No. <br />6 are normally closed. The drain at the pump skid, Truck Unload Spot (I), routes flow to the <br />oil/water separato . <br />Most of the flow i the diesel shop area (Area 4) is into drip pans and directed to the separation <br />plant through the facility drainage system, or contained in local topographic lows. Flow from the <br />lube oil tanks would be contained in a concrete basin.
