D <br />1. <br />2. <br />0 <br />Y. <br />FEATHER RIVER CANYON <br />Ensure that sufficient track panels, ballast and other track materials are <br />enroute to restore the track to operation. <br />Proceed to the accident scene with other members of the "go team" by <br />company aircraft or other means. <br />Coordinate the rebuilding of the track and other structures. <br />Participate in the investigation of the cause of the accident, if unknown. <br />Immediately proceed to UPRR's off-site command post at the HDC. <br />Ensure that arrangement have been made for employee testing in <br />accordance with Federal Railroad Administration rules concerning drug <br />and alcohol abuse. <br />Ensure that event recording tapes are secured for analysis. <br />Determine compliance with operating and safety rules by Company <br />employees. <br />Immediately proceed to UPRR's off-site command post at the HDC. <br />Proceed to the scene of the accident with other members of the "go <br />team" by Company aircraft, or other means, if the cause of the accident <br />is unknown. <br />Determine the cause of the accident with other members of the "go <br />team", advise executive officers and department heads the cause of the <br />accident and make recommendations to present recurrence. <br />Executive Department - Headquarters <br />Ensure that financial and human resources are available to respond to an <br />accident involving hazardous materials to protect human health and the <br />environment and to restore the operation of the railroad. <br />W <br />
