F <br />1 <br />2 <br />FEATHER RIVER CANYON <br />Inform the Chairman, Union Pacific Corporation and other corporate <br />executive officers of events concerning the hazardous materials accident. <br />Ensure that department heads in the Operating Department responding <br />to an accident involving hazardous materials in accordance with plans. <br />Inform the Chairman, UPRR, and other Company executive officers of <br />events concerning the hazardous materials accident. <br />Inform shippers of the hazardous materials shipments involved in the <br />accident of events concerning the accident. <br />Ensure that the National Customer Service Center and the Quality <br />Operations Department are providing required assistance to shippers and <br />the Operating Department. <br />1. IEnsure that adequate financial resources are available to fund hazardous <br />materials emergency response activities. <br />AC. V <br />1. <br />2. <br />AD. A <br />1. <br />2. <br />Ensure that elected or appointed officials at the federal, state and local <br />level are fully informed of the events concerning the hazardous <br />materials accident and UPRR's measures undertaken to protect human <br />health and the environment. <br />Coordinate all legal efforts on behalf or UPRR. <br />Ensure that adequate media coverage is provided at the scene of the <br />accident. <br />Provide updates to national media on request. <br />21 <br />
