Ensure that General Superintendents Transportation and Superintendents <br />Transportation have necessary resources to protect human health and <br />environment at the scene of the accident and to restore train operations. <br />1 <br />2. <br />Ensure that managers from Chemical Transportation Safety, <br />Environmental Management, Casualty Management, Police, Safety and <br />Operating Practices are fulfilling their responsibilities in accordance <br />with this plan. <br />Provide updated information to the EVPO and VP Law as the situation <br />requires. <br />1. IEnsure that required resources are available to restore the track, <br />structures, signal and other track facilities to operation. <br />Ensure that necessary tools, equipment and supplies are made available <br />at the accident scene to support operations. <br />Ensure that necessary manpower and equipment are available from Car <br />Maintenance to handle damaged locomotives and rail cars. <br />Ensure that intermodal ramps respond to hazardous materials <br />emergencies in accordance with this plan. <br />Staff - Headquarters <br />Assistant Vi <br />Immediately respond to the HDC for major accidents involving <br />hazardous materials. <br />22 <br />
