This testing has been agreed upon by the <br />Railroad, will be initiated, analyzed and submitted to you for <br />review wi hin he next 45 days. In the meantime, all cars of <br />floating ludg destined for disposal outside of the State of <br />California wil be manifested accordingly (California Only <br />Hazardous aste . <br />Our c�hallenge letter on your file dated February 17, <br />1989, concernin the possibility of asbestos being landfilled on <br />Railroad propery at one time and the order issued by the State of <br />California to 11ost and fence" will be forwarded to Ms. Chirsti <br />Hornick, Manage Industrial Hygiene.
