Violation #5: �ersonal Protective Equipment (eg: eye wash, shower, <br />and spill prey ntion equipment) was ascertained to be operational <br />when audit was concluded. Within 45 days of this letter, a <br />determination of the PPE needs of the locomotive shop will be <br />completed. i <br />Violation #6: I The Stockton emergency contingency plan will be <br />amended to incude hazaradous waste management within 45 days of <br />this letter. <br />Violation #7: All containers with questionable integrity will be <br />placed in Labe ed drums by Friday, March 19, 1993. Day to day <br />management ope ations dictate that all containers with a potential <br />release will be properly containerized. <br />Violation #8: Continued day to day maintenance will be conducted <br />at the fuel f ci1ity and wash areas to prevent any additional <br />staining.
