The contingency plan lists the emergency coordinators as RMCC, the <br />emergency contact number, <br />but does not list individual people who meet the requirements of an emergency <br />-_ e-dinator. There must be <br />at least one emergency coordinate- cn site or on call to coordinate emergency <br />response measures, and the <br />following information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the <br />emergency coordinator; location <br />of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the <br />phone number of the fire do partment, <br />unless the facility has a dire, alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency <br />coordinator and post the <br />information by a phone. Hazardous waste <br />generators shall retain copiE <br />s of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have <br />them readily available for re <br />lew. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten <br />-ignature of the owner or op <br />rator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the <br />date the waste was accepted <br />by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing <br />-nanifest, with some indication <br />that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery.
