Man fest <br />number 010192669JJK (8/28/13) was not found on site. Hazardous waste <br />generators shall retain copi <br />s of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have <br />them readily available for re <br />iew. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten <br />signature of the owner or op <br />rator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the <br />date the waste was accepte <br />by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing <br />manifest, with some indicati <br />n that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. Facilities shall be maintained and <br />operated to minimize the po <br />sibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br />which could threaten human <br />health or the environment. Immediately fix the leak and manage all waste according to <br />Title 22 hazardous waste re <br />ulations.
