A 5 -gallon container was found <br />g cabinet open and overflowing oily liquid to the ground and oily liquid <br />ut of the welding cabinet itself, creating a large stain. A 5 -gallon open <br />liquid was found at the welding shop north of the signal compound, <br />tub of used oil was found in the One Stop Shop not closed or labeled. <br />f used aerosol cans was also found not closed. A checklist of violations <br />on and a completed inspection report was sent to Mr. Exon by email <br />2, and by certified mail on February 8, 2012 (Attachment 1). <br />On March 14, 201 , Ms. Rivera called and explained to Mr. Exon that his return to <br />compliance information has not been submitted. Mr. Exon stated that he would submit <br />the paperwork by t e end of the week. <br />
