4 During the Otober 16, 2013, inspection, a black plastic bucket of used oil was <br />found open and not in use next to the 5,000 -gallon used oil tank. <br />CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B) Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent <br />lead acid batteri s for three years. The generator shall retain, at the generator's place <br />of business for at least three years, a legible copy of each manifest or bill of lading which <br />identifies spent le d -acid storage batteries shipped to a person who stores the batteries <br />or who uses, reu es, recycles or reclaims the batteries or their components. <br />4 During the O ober 16, 2013, inspection, records for the disposal of spent lead <br />acid batteries w re not found on site. <br />CCR 66266.130(q)(4) Stored less than one ton of used oil filters on site longer <br />than one year, o stored more than one ton longer than 180 days. Storage of less <br />than one ton of u ed oil filters shall be limited to one year. Storage of one ton or more of <br />used oil filters is li ited to 180 days. <br />4 During the Ja uary 24, 2012, inspection, a green roll off bin of used oil filters <br />was found storeq on site since March 26, 2010. <br />CCR 66273.35 S <br />ored universal waste on site for more than one year or was <br />unable to demon <br />trate the length of time the universal waste has been <br />accumulated fro <br />the date it became a waste or was received. <br />(a) A universal wa <br />to handler shall accumulate universal waste for no longer than one <br />year from the <br />ate the universal waste was generated, or was received from another <br />universal wast <br />handler. <br />4 During the Oc <br />ober 16, 2013, inspection, a 55 -gallon container of universal <br />waste batteries <br />as found with an accumulation start date of May 20, 2011. <br />CCR 66273.39 Filed to keep records of each shipment of universal waste <br />according to this section. <br />(a) Receipt of ship ents. A universal waste handler shall keep a record of each <br />shipment of un versal waste received at the universal waste handler's facility. The <br />record may tak the form of a log, invoice, manifest, bill of lading, or other shipping <br />document. The record for each shipment of universal waste received shall include <br />the following in ormation: <br />(1) The name nd address of the originating universal waste handler from which the <br />universal w ste was sent; <br />(2) The quant -it [count or weight, consistent with, for example, section 66273.32, <br />subsection d)] of each type of universal waste received (e.g., batteries, <br />thermostat , lamps, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass); and <br />(3) The date of eceipt of the shipment of universal waste. <br />(b) For purposes o compliance with subsection (a) of this section, a universal waste <br />handler who re eives universal wastes from household generators and conditionally <br />exempt small q antity universal waste generators, as defined in section 66273.9, <br />may <br />(1) in lieu of the <br />"household <br />(2) record the t <br />households <br />generators, <br />(c) Shipments offsite <br />universal waste <br />originating universal waste handler's name and address, record <br />generator" and/or "CESQUWG", and <br />tal quantity of each type of universal waste as an aggregate from <br />and/or conditionally exempt small quantity universal waste <br />3s defined in section 66273.9. <br />:.
