A used oil filter was obs <br />rved in the bin designated for disposal of non -hazardous waste solids. The <br />contents of this bin are dispo <br />ed of at a Class II landfill. The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the <br />causing of the disposal, is pr <br />hibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted for <br />hazardous waste disposal.
