REPEAT VIOLATION <br />902. A black steel drum of <br />aste aerosol cans was observed overfull, causing the lid to be unable to <br />close, in the One Spot. Exc <br />pt when waste is being added or removed, aerosol cans shall be stored in <br />a container that is closed, st <br />ucturally sound, and compatible with the contents of the universal waste <br />aerosol can, and shall show <br />no evidence of leakage, spillage, or damage that could cause leakage <br />under reasonably foreseeable <br />conditions. Some aerosol cans were moved to a different universal waste <br />aerosol can drum at the tim <br />of inspection, allowing the lid to properly close. Ensure that all universal <br />waste aerosols are stored in <br />properly closed containers in the future.
