R PEAT VIOLATION <br />605. A gray used oil collecti n tank on the west side of the treatment area was observed with only the <br />contents labeled. Accordin to Mr. Martinez, this tank is used for dumping of used oil and is pumped <br />into the 10,000 gallon label d used oil tank approximately once a week. All hazardous waste tanks shall <br />be marked with the words " azardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that <br />all hazardous was tanks a e marked with the required information. REPEAT VIOLATION <br />809. A 55 gallon black steel drum of universal waste batteries was observed in the north maintenance <br />building (previously occupie by Herzog) with an accumulation start date of May 20, 2011. A generator <br />of universal waste (batteries mercury containing equipment, lamps/bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, <br />CRT glass, aerosol cans) sh II accumulate universal waste for no longer than one year from the date the <br />waste was generated. Imm diately dispose of this waste as universal waste and submit a copy of the <br />disposal record to the EHD y December 6, 2013. <br />812. Copies of disposal reco ds for universal waste fluorescent bulbs were not found on site. A <br />generator of universal waste (batteries, mercury containing equipment, lamps/bulbs, electronic devices, <br />CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol c ns) shall keep a record of each shipment of universal waste on site for at <br />least three years.
