Eighth St., Stockton DateInsp <br />Name: a Address: Jan 27, 2012 <br />VIOLATIONS <br /># C1 I C2 I M I Code Section HSC = CA Health and Safety Code: CFR = Code of Federal Regulations <br />ROUTINE HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR INSPECTION <br />"Inspection conducted on �anuary 24, 2012. Report completed on January 31, 2012. Checklist left on <br />site at time of inspection. <br />Class I I violations: (301, 611) <br />301. A 5 gallon bucket of w ste liquid was observed outside the welding cabinet, north of the signal <br />compound, overflowing ont the ground. Oily liquid was observed leaking out of the welding cabinet onto <br />the ground. The air compre sor outside the One Spot area was observed dripping onto the ground. <br />Facilities shall be maintaine and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of <br />hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />Immediately clean the stain , manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and take all <br />necessary steps to prevent hese releases in the future. Submit a statement and supporting <br />documentation explaining h w this waste was managed by February 27, 2012. <br />REPEAT VIOLATION <br />611. A green roll off bin of dilained used oil filters was observed with an accumulation start date of March <br />26, 2010. Facilities that gen rate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one <br />year.
