See contact list for phone <br />number. <br />Petroleum A the WWTP (IW -1), used oil is pumped between the <br />Transfer se arators and the used oil tank (TNKO-0295) via <br />Operations: ab ve ground pipeline. Used oil is also pumped from <br />th oil filter drain to used oil tank TNKO-0295, via <br />ab ve ground piping. All of these transfers are within <br />co tainment. Fueling is performed with contract fuel <br />ve dors which transfer diesel fuel to locomotives from <br />tru ks. The fuel is loaded onto the trucks outside of <br />Sto kton Yard. During fueling operations the vendor is <br />req ired to: 1) The use of chocks during loading and <br />unl ading of petroleum products is required to visually <br />insp ct all fittings on the truck before and during <br />f t li g operations and to report to UPRR any releases. <br />At tt e Rip Track fuel is -delivered into TNKG-0079 via <br />tank truck and dispensed into Yard vehicles. There are <br />nob low ground -petroleum pipelines at this location. <br />Inspections & Insr ections of petroleum storage tanks are performed <br />Records: in ac ordance with the scheduled outlined in the Core <br />Plan. <br />SPCC The esignated person responsible for Spill Prevention <br />Procedures: is th Manager Environmental Field Operations (see <br />conta t listing). The first observer of a release of oil <br />inclu ing but not limited to diesel fuel, lube oil, journal <br />oil, u ed oil, hydraulic fluid, or gasoline must take <br />actio immediately to: 1)' PROTECT YOURSELF; 2) <br />ALER OTHERS IN THE AFFECTED AREA; 3) IF SAFE TO <br />DO S , CONTROL THE SPILL. Refer to the SPCC <br />Respo se Procedures - Quick Reference Guide. located <br />in the ront cover of this plan for more specific <br />instru tions. Facility personnel are to notify the UPRR - <br />Respo se Management Communication Center (RMCC <br />at 180 -892-1283). RMCC's primary responsibility is to <br />dispat h appropriate UPRR response personnel or <br />contra for resources as necessary to control the spill at <br />the dir ction of the UPRR response personnel. Union <br />Pacific ailroad has contracted the services of several <br />respon a contractors located throughout northern <br />-Caiiforn'a--to-provide-necessary resources -for spill - - -- -- <br />control nd clean-up. Several of these contractors have <br />the cap bility of responding to Stockton Yard within 2 <br />hours a d can provide services including: providing <br />tempor ry storage of liquid product, excavating and <br />removal of contaminated media, and transportation of <br />waste m terials to designated waste disposal facilities. <br />In Califo nia used oil is considered hazardous waste. <br />Cleanup f any used oil spills must be closely <br />coordina ed with EMG.
