Specific items <br />noted in the in�orrections <br />pection will be referred to by item number. <br />#3 Failed to retain current (SB 14) review and plan. <br />A copy of Union Pacific's response to DTSC's inquiry regarding <br />Union Pacific's SB 14 status, submitted by my predecessor in <br />2007, is attach d. Our Stockton operation generated more than <br />12,000 kg of hazardous waste in 2006, but was not subjected to <br />SB 14 requireme is because less than 12,000 kg was subject <br />waste. Vehicle luids, emergency response generated waste, and <br />asbestos were g nerated but are exempt from SB 14 requirements. <br />In 2008, we simlarly generated more than 12,000 kg of hazardous <br />waste, but less than 12,000 kg of subject waste. <br />A copy of the rsponse to DTSC is on now on file at the <br />Wastewater Plant. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
