The daily inspectio is a visual, undocumented inspection looking for obvious signs of damage, <br />vandalism, leaks, s ined soil, or storm water contacting the bottom of tanks. <br />A monthly inspection is performed on locomotive fuel systems by the "Designated Site <br />Representative" (DSR) or his designee. The monthly inspection includes a more thorough <br />inspection of storag tanks, pipes and hoses, heating systems, pumping systems, delivery and <br />dispensing system . This inspection is documented on the "Designated Site Representative <br />Monthly Inspection orm" which are on files with the DSR and is entered into the MIMS <br />mainframe databas . <br />A Quarterly/Semi-A�nual/Annual inspection is performed on all petroleum storage tanks on the <br />following schedule: <br />Tank <br />Lessan 25,000 gallon <br />Annual <br />25,0 — 200,000 gallon <br />Semi-annual <br />Grea er than 200,000 gallon <br />Quarterly <br />All to ks at OPA 90 Sites <br />Quarterly <br />Loco otive Fueling <br />Quarterly <br />These inspections include a thorough examination of the tank superstructure, spill and overflow <br />containment systems and piping system. These inspections are documented on the "Petroleum <br />Tank Decanting and (Visual Inspection" form 52136 which are filed with this SPCC plan for a <br />period of not less than 3 years and are entered into the MIMS mainframe database. <br />It is UnionPacific R Iroad's policy to perform integrity testing using API 653 methodology on all <br />steel tanks on a freq envy not to exceed 15 -year intervals. Tanks used to store fuel for <br />locomotive fueling ar integrity tested at a 10 -year interval. Integrity testing records are kept on <br />file with the SPCC simated Person. <br />
