See contact list for phone <br />number. <br />Petroleum At thE WWTP (IW -1), used oil is pumped between the <br />Transfer separ tors and the used oil tank (TNKO-0295) via <br />Operations: above ground pipeline. Used oil is also pumped from <br />the oil filter drain to used oil tank TNKO-0295, via <br />above ground piping. All of these transfers are within <br />contaitiment. Fueling is performed with contract fuel <br />vendors which transfer diesel fuel to locomotives from <br />trucks The fuel is loaded onto the trucks outside of <br />Stockton Yard. During fueling operations the vendor is <br />requir d to: 1) The use of chocks during loading and <br />unload ng of petroleum products is required to visually <br />inspeci all fittings on the truck before and during <br />fueling operations and to report to UPRR any releases. <br />At the Rip Track fuel is delivered into TNKG-0079 via <br />tank tr ck and dispensed into Yard vehicles. There are <br />no belt ground petroleum pipelines at this location. <br />Inspections & Inspections of petroleum storage tanks are performed <br />Records: in accordance with the scheduled outlined in the Core <br />Plan. <br />SPCC The designated person responsible for Spill Prevention <br />Procedures: is the lanager Environmental Field Operations (see <br />contact listing). The first observer of a release of oil <br />including but not limited to diesel fuel, lube oil, journal <br />oil, used oil, hydraulic fluid, or gasoline must take <br />actions immediately to: 1) PROTECT YOURSELF; 2) <br />ALERT OTHERS IN THE AFFECTED AREA; 3) IF SAFE TO <br />DO SO, CONTROL THE SPILL. Refer to the SPCC <br />Respon a Procedures - Quick Reference Guide located <br />in the f ont cover of this plan for more specific <br />instructions. Facility personnel are to notify the UPRR - <br />Respon a Management Communication Center (RMCC <br />at 180 -892-1283). RMCC's primary responsibility is to <br />dispatc appropriate UPRR response personnel or <br />contrac or resources as necessary to control the spill at <br />the dire --tion of the UPRR response personnel. Union <br />Pacific Railroad has contracted the services of several <br />respon a contractors located throughout northern <br />Californ a to provide necessary resources for spill <br />control nd clean-up. Several of these contractors have <br />the caplibility of responding to Stockton Yard within 2 <br />hours a id can provide services including: providing <br />temporary storage of liquid product, excavating and <br />remova of contaminated media, and transportation of <br />waste materials to designated waste disposal facilities. <br />In California used oil is considered hazardous waste. <br />Cleanup of any used oil spills must be closely <br />coordinated with EMG. Contact UPRR EMG personnel to <br />obtain necessary permits/authorization for oil spill <br />clean-up waste.
