EIGHTH ST., STOCKTON CA <br />MARCH 02, 2009 <br />NOTICE TO COMPLY: <br />#39. CCR, sectio 66262.40 (c) — Waste analysis not kept on site for three years. <br />Waste analysis re ords could not be located in the waste water treatment area for waste <br />sludge. Provide itle 22 hazardous waste analytical test results for waste sludge for the <br />last three years. Netain copies on site for future reference. Correct by 04/02/09. <br />#45. CCR, sectio* 66265.52 — Contingency plan incomplete. <br />The contingency/ PCC plan found onsite does not have local arrangements or an <br />emergency coordi ator listed. Follow the above section in Title 22, CCR to revise the <br />contingency plan. Provide a copy of the revised plan. Correct by 04/02/09. <br />#64. CCR, section 66265.192 — Failed to retain on site required hazardous waste tank <br />assessment. <br />Hazardous waste tank assessments were not found onsite for the used oil tank located in <br />the waste water trc atment area and the used oil tank located to the north of the locomotive <br />maintenance facil ty. Provide copies of these assessments which are required to be <br />recertified every 71ve years. Retain copies on site for future reference. Correct by <br />04/02/09. <br />#69. CCR, section 66265.195 (a) — Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous <br />waste tank. <br />Documentation co Id not be located onsite for daily inspections of the used oil tanks <br />located at this facility. Begin documenting daily inspections as required by the section <br />listed above. Correct immediately. <br />#75. CCR, section 66273.13 — Universal waste requirements. <br />Several used fluo escent tubes stored in building G358 did not have containment. <br />Provide documenttion that the used fluorescent tubes are stored properly. Correct <br />immediately. <br />#76.
