Ms. DinaAbat <br />December 4, 2 03 <br />Page Three <br />Wastewater treatment DAF sludge will be shipped for disposal <br />every 90 days unless consistent test data shows it to be non- <br />hazardous or Stockton Yard's generator status changes in the <br />future. Attachment #4 is hazardous waste manifest 22820513 for <br />the most recent shipment of this sludge. <br />The folioing listed areas had hazardous waste stored on <br />site for n unknown amount of time. <br />Si gn 1 Area <br />1. -gallon bucket of used oil <br />2. 1 -gallon containers (paint cans??) <br />1. The bucket was a drip container for a dispensing drum. <br />This buckeL has been emptied into the used oil accumulation <br />tank. <br />2. The 3 1-ga lon containers were disposed with other paint <br />materials. See attachment #3 for a copy of the manifest. <br />WastWater Treatment Area <br />1. buckets near air compressors <br />2, sed oil filter drain container <br />1. The used o1 from maintenance on the air compressor was <br />emptied in o the used oil accumulation tank. <br />2. The used o 1 filter drain container has been labeled with a <br />marking th t identifies the contents as hazardous waste and <br />specifies he maximum amount of time oil will be collected <br />in this st ucture before being emptied into the used oil <br />accumulate n tank. <br />Remoe Locomotive Maintenance Area <br />1. �he roll off bin with used oil and fuel filters <br />1. This roll ff bin has been marked as containing used oil <br />filters. his label has also been dated with the date the <br />accumulate n of these filters began. <br />Work Equipment Compound <br />1. 1 -gallon container of tar/sludge <br />2. i1 and antifreeze drums <br />This 5 -gallon container was disposed and the oily antifreeze <br />solidified. See attachment #5 for hazardous waste manifest <br />22920177 that included both of these materials. <br />
