Union Pacific Railroad <br />quantities in two spill events greater than 42 gallons, Union Pacific will submit information (as <br />detailed in 40 CFR 112.(a)) to the EPA Regional Administrator within 60 days of the spill event <br />which triggered the rep rting requirement. Also, the information will be sent to the appropriate <br />state authority. <br />NOTIFICATION OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES <br />Notification of appropria a government agencies is required by law for all spillage of oil and fuel, <br />regardless of quantity, a tering navigable waters. <br />If an uncontrolled spill o iginating within facility boundary threatens the general public or is beyond <br />the control capabilities o facility personnel, the Yard Master or his designate will immediately notify <br />the local fire and police epartments and the U.S. Coast Guard Regional Response Center in <br />addition to those person el listed in the CONTACT LIST of the Emergency Response Plan. <br />OOTSIDE ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES <br />Major spills or spills of p <br />resources of UPRR.
