SA-93-0014 OF <br /> KING AND LYONS <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is to construct a 90, 000 foot warehouse and establish <br /> a cable cutting facility. This site is located on the east side <br /> of Corporate Court, 1, 000 feet south of Corporate Way in the <br /> Patterson Pass Business Park, south of Tracy. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above project <br /> and offers the following comments: <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. Nothing in this requirement <br /> shall preclude other requirements or obligations included in <br /> Development Agreement No. DA-90-1. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This approval is for phase one only as indicated on the <br /> site plan submitted April 5, 1993 . <br /> b. This project is subject to and shall comply with all <br /> provisions of Development Agreement No. DA-90-1 <br /> including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. A transportation systems management (TSM) plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Development Services <br /> Division prior to the issuance of building <br /> permits. <br />
