A waste management plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Solid Waste Division of the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> 3 . The site shall be in compliance with the Kit Fox <br /> mitigation monitoring program prior to the <br /> issuance of building permits. <br /> C. A sign plan for the facility shall be submitted with <br /> the improvement plan. The sign plan shall be <br /> consistent with the comprehensive sign plan of the <br /> Patterson Pass Business Park (SU-92-2) . <br /> d. A minimum of twenty four (24) parking spaces is <br /> required. ( .5 for every 1, 000 square feet of <br /> warehouse, plus .5 for each employee on the heaviest <br /> shift, plus 2 for every 1, 000 square feet of industrial <br /> office. ) Two of the required spaces shall be for the <br /> physically impaired. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 3) <br /> e. The area indicated as phase two on the site plan <br /> submitted February 22, 1993 , shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic, shall be mowed regularly and shall be kept <br /> free of debris. If phase two is not developed, that <br /> area shall be planted in drought tolerant grasses prior <br /> to the spring of 1995. <br /> f. A landscape plan is required. The plan shall meet the <br /> requirements of Development Agreement No. DA-90-1 and <br /> Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. <br /> g. Submit an Improved Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. A plan check fee will be <br /> required.
