The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed building s e provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler em or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 s eet by area separation walls. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> C. The structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted <br /> by the Uniform Building Code for a B-2 occupancy. The <br /> building shall be provided with an automatic fire <br /> sprinkler system and be separated with 2-hour area <br /> separation walls. <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer that were <br /> included in the soils report shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> e. The proposed project is located within an expansive soil <br /> area where a conventional foundation may not be suitable. <br /> Therefore, an engineer is required to evaluate-the <br /> foundation design. <br /> f. Provide a technical ion and report to identify and <br /> develop metho protection from the hazards presented <br /> by the h ous material. (U.B.C. Section 901 (F) <br />
