A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> f. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionary approval, <br /> (e.g. Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, <br /> a grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> JH/CF:hb <br />
