CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL HUCK, GRIFFITH, ET AL QX-86-4 1 . U . S . Soil Conservation Service E _L_LqS_) _: The applicant shall submit to the Planning Division and shall thereafter implement an SCS-approved revegetation plan within thirty (30) days of application approval . The plan shall include interim measures for revegetation of slopes and stockpiled topsoil , the amount and type of topsoil to be stockpiled, and the method and schedule for final revegeta- tion measures . The plan also shall include an SCS-approved plan for landscaping along the Corral Hollow Road frontage of the project site . 2 . Local Health District : a . The applicant shall obtain all permits required by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley. b . The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution thereof . c . Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees . Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner . Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the approved chemical toilets . 3 . Department of Public Works : a. The agencies that maintain and operate the California Aqueduct and Delta Mendota Canal shall review and approve the excavation plan. b. A video tape of road conditions on Corral Hollow Road, at the entrance , is required prior to the start of excava- tion. The condition of Corral Hollow Road shall be reviewed with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation and prior to the beginning of each phase . c . A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be filed with the Department with a guarantee that , if the Permittee fails, refuses, or neglects to repair , under permit , any damages to Corral Hollow Road, which may result from Permittee ' s operations, the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore Corral Hollow Road equal to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit .
