The landscaping plan will be developed in consultation with the Soil Conservation Service. Stop signs will be installed on the haul roads at their inter- section with Corral Hollow Road and Tracy Boulevard. Locking gates will be installed to restrict unauthorized access from both public roads. On-site Lighting and House of Operation: The applicant proposes to conduct excavation, processing, and transport activities Monday through Saturday, between 5 a.m. and 12 a.m. The applicant also requests that maintenance and equipment repair activities be permitted on an unrestricted basis. The applicant is requesting that the Planning Commission grant an exception to the ordinance restriction of operating hours to the period of 5 :00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Staff is agreeable to the applicant ' s proposal . Outdoor lighting will be installed for nighttime operations. Lights must be shielded so that glare problems are not created for air and surface traffic in the vicinity. A lighting plan shall be submitted for the approval of the Planning Division prior to the start of excavation. Williamson Act Contract : The site is under Williamson Act contract . The project is com- patible with the Williamson Act requirement that excavated areas be rehabilitated for agricultural reuse . FACILITIES AND SERVICES: Sewage Disposal , Water Supply, Storm Drainage: Chemical toilets and handwashing facilities will be provided. Water for drinking and aggregate processing will be supplied from a new well . Storm water runoff and processing water will be retained in a settling basin on the site. Utilities: Telephone, electrical , and gas utilities will be extended to the site from existing facilities along Corral Hollow Road and Tracy Boulevard.
