The landscaping plan <br /> will be developed in consultation with the Soil Conservation <br /> Service. <br /> Stop signs will be installed on the haul roads at their inter- <br /> section with Corral Hollow Road and Tracy Boulevard. <br /> Locking gates will be installed to restrict unauthorized access <br /> from both public roads. <br /> On-site Lighting and House of Operation: <br /> The applicant proposes to conduct excavation, processing, and <br /> transport activities Monday through Saturday, between 5 a.m. <br /> and 12 a.m. The applicant also requests that maintenance and <br /> equipment repair activities be permitted on an unrestricted <br /> basis. The applicant is requesting that the Planning <br /> Commission grant an exception to the ordinance restriction of <br /> operating hours to the period of 5 :00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Staff <br /> is agreeable to the applicant ' s proposal . <br /> Outdoor lighting will be installed for nighttime operations. <br /> Lights must be shielded so that glare problems are not created <br /> for air and surface traffic in the vicinity. A lighting plan <br /> shall be submitted for the approval of the Planning Division <br /> prior to the start of excavation. <br /> Williamson Act Contract : <br /> The site is under Williamson Act contract . The project is com- <br /> patible with the Williamson Act requirement that excavated <br /> areas be rehabilitated for agricultural reuse . <br /> FACILITIES AND SERVICES: <br /> Sewage Disposal , Water Supply, Storm Drainage: <br /> Chemical toilets and handwashing facilities will be provided. <br /> Water for drinking and aggregate processing will be supplied <br /> from a new well . Storm water runoff and processing water will <br /> be retained in a settling basin on the site. <br /> Utilities: <br /> Telephone, electrical , and gas utilities will be extended to <br /> the site from existing facilities along Corral Hollow Road and <br /> Tracy Boulevard. <br />
