HWY 120, Ripon <br /> The excavation activity observed April 14, 1989 by staff of the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health has not been submitted for review. Field <br /> investigation results must be submitted in a formal report to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health and Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> concurrently for review. This report must include all field results, <br /> laboratory analysis results, and conclusions made as a result of this field <br /> evidence. Submit this report to our office by July 24, 1989. <br /> Tri-Regional Guidelines for Initial Evaluation and Investigation and <br /> Investigation of Underground Storage Tanks (enclosed) as well as guidance <br /> presented in the LU1=T Manual, shall be followed in preparing reports and <br /> workplans. <br /> Residual contaminants ,remaining at the conclusion of the excavation attempt <br /> shall be addressed in the soils remediation plan. This plan should include a <br /> feasibility study for each option proposed. This plan can be prepared in <br /> concert with the submittal of soil results for the pending aeration <br /> activities. <br /> Due to the proximity of groundwater, a groundwater investigation may be <br /> necessary regardless of the outcome of this soil evaluation. <br /> These issues must be addressed and submitted to this office for approval prior <br /> to initiating further .remediation. <br /> If you have any questions, contact Darlene Reuss of my Staff at (209) 468- <br /> 3450. <br /> Jog i Khanna, M.
