SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> The following conclusions were drawn from the results of this investigation <br /> • The ground water flow direction in February 2000 at the site was toward the northeast <br /> • MTBE and?were detected in several soil samples collected at the site during this <br /> investigation Known MTBE- impacted soil extends to a depth of 25 feet bsg and was not <br /> detected at 35 feet bsg <br /> • No petroleum hydrocarbons or oxygenated fuel additives were detected in ground water <br /> samples collected from the site during the February sampling event <br /> • 7.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the results of this investigation, AGE recommends <br /> • An additional monitoring event in late May 2000, and <br /> • Performance of a well receptor survey to determine locations of wells within the area <br /> 8 0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the <br /> geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a <br /> limited number of available data points (i a soil and monitoring well ground water samples), and <br />' subsurface conditions"may vary away from these'data points No other warranty, expressed or <br /> implied, is made as to the professional recommendations contained in this report <br /> Advanced GeoE nviron mental,Inc. <br />
