(AGE) has prepared the
enclosed Dual-Phase Extraction Pilot Study Work Plan - Addendum for 248 East Park
Street, Stockton, California detailing the location of observation wells for the performance
of a dual-phase extraction pilot study.AGE proposed two observation wells for the pilot test
with locations which were too far in distance from the DPE extraction well. The new
proposed locations for the observation wells (MW-18 and MW-19) are at distances of
15 feet and 35 feet from the proposed DPE wells (DPW-1). The attached figures depict the
locations. Monitoring wells MW-1, MW-9 and MW-10 are not sufficient to independently
evaluate the DPE pilot test, requiring the installation of the two proposed observation wells.
Upon approval of the work plan by the SJCEHD, AGE will submit a schedule for work. If
you have any questions or require further information, please contact our office at (209)
467-1006.
Sincerely,
ML
Advanced GeoEnvironmen Oh1 R GFOo
R. f/lsr
w * No. 7473
William R.
