Park Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> To comply with the recently adopted State Water Resources Control Board Resolution <br /> #2009-0042, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) hereby <br /> modifies the monitoring well sampling requirements for your site by reducing the <br /> sampling of monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-5 to semi-annually, monitoring well MW-3 <br /> to annually, monitoring wells MW-1, MW-4, MW-6, and MW-7 to biennially. <br /> Since this case was placed in the Local Oversight Program in 1993 a total of $348,869.00 <br /> has been reimbursed by the Underground Storage Tank Clean-up Fund and no <br /> remediation has been performed.
