Park Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) reviewed a letter <br /> dated March 27, 2009, from your consultant Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE), <br /> which is in response to an EHD letter dated March 11, 2009. The EHD had directed <br /> submission of permits and fees for the work proposed in the Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> dated May 30, 2007, within 30 days (April 10, 2009) and completion of the work within <br /> 60 days (May 10, 2009). AGE has requested a 60 day extension for submittal of the <br /> permits and fees and completion of the proposed work.
