The purpose of the proposed work is to <br /> characterize/profile, and coordinate the removal of drummed petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated <br /> monitor well purged water, with contractors, to an approved waste disposal facility.We are requesting <br /> justification for not obtaining three bids. American Valley Waste Oil located in Delhi, CA is preferred <br /> due to the location of the water waste facility which is in the immediate area, their prompt response with a <br /> reasonable cost estimate and their services have been more than satisfactory in the past. <br /> This pre-approval request includes the following items as attachments: <br /> I. Pre-Approval Request Form, <br /> 2. American Valley Waste Oil Bid Response, <br /> 3. Detailed scope of work and cost estimate. <br /> On behalf of Mr. Remo Canepa, Condor respectfully requests that the three-bid requirement for <br /> consulting services be waived.
