(Delta Pumps) that summarizes past soil and groundwater sampling at the facility located at 646 South California Street, Stockton, CA. This letter discusses the business owners, property owners, a brief history of the property use, and sample results. We would like to meet with you at your earliest convenience to discuss the information contained herein in conjunction with potential property sale. Business Owners Delta Pumps is owned by the following shareholders: • William H. Crow, Jr. (49 percent) • .Estate of Robert M. Crow, Sr. (49 percent) • Charles Patton (2 percent) Property Owners The property and buildings at 646 south California Street in Stockton, California are owned by the following entities: • William H. Crow, Jr. • Estate of Robert M. Crow, Sr. Property History Sterling Pump Company acquired said property and built the facilities sometime around 1917. The Sterling Pump Company went bankrupt in approximately 1935. The property was sold to Peerless Pump Company in 1942 but as far as I know there was not any manufacturing by Peerless at this location. The property was purchased by W. H. Crow Sr. in 1943. A foundry building and associated facilities was added in approximately 1948. The foundry operation was discontinued in approximately 1958.
