Each completed well head shall be covered with a meter box or valve box as approved by the City of Stockton . The top of each box shall be flush with the surrounding ground or pavement. , 8 . The provisions of the State of California , Department of Water Resources Bulletin 74-81 entitled "Water Well Standards: State of California" shall be applicable to this permit. 9 . All drilling locations , methods , and well designs are to be approved by the California Department of Health Services and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board , 10 . Drilling operations that create loud noise shall be confined between the hours of 7 a . m . and 6 p . m . 11 . Portable mud tanks are to be used . 12 . Disposal of water from the well. development shall be in accordance with current federal regulations . 13 . Blocking or barricading City streets shall be subject to the approval of the City Traffic Department. Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic. 14 . Upon completion of water monitoring , the well shall be abandoned in accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health District. 15 The permittee shall not close any traveled lane to facilitate installation , maintenance , or sampling of the well (s) .
