The Pacific Car Wash is under a directive by the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services- Environmental Health Division (PHS -EHD) to define the extent of <br /> petroleum contamination that is the result of underground storage tanks located at the site. The <br /> preliminary results suggest petroleum may have migrated off Pacific Car Wash property. <br /> In accordance with PHS-EHD directives, we are asking for permission to access your property by <br /> allowing us to advance a minimum of three soil probe borings at 4415 Pacific Avenue. A site- plan <br /> of the proposed boring locations is enclosed with this letter.
