Work shall begin within five ( 5 ) working days of execution <br />'! of the standard services agreement , unless weather or other <br />'! conditions demand a delay . The first report shall be pre- <br /> sented to the PAS / ED within ninety ( 90 ) working days there - <br /> after , and , if revisions are necessary , a revised report <br /> shall be presented to the PAVED within ten ( 10 ) working <br /> days following receipt of comments on the first report . <br /> 10 . Consultant understands that Estate of Giambanco reserves the <br /> right to reject any or all bids without notice of cause . <br /> The Estate of Giambanco retains the right to solicit and <br /> accept additional bids as necessary in its judgment . All <br /> bids are due by 5 : 00 p . m . on June 9 , 1993 . <br /> 11 . Consultant understands that Estate of Giambanco intends to <br /> seek reimbursement for the subject work from the Underground <br /> Storage tank Cleanup Fund administered by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board , and will agree to respond to any <br /> reasonably inquiry from the agency regarding any claim <br /> submitted by Estate of Giambanco . <br /> 12 . Consultant understands Estate of Giambanco will contact <br /> references and otherwise conduct an investigation to deter - <br /> mine to the satisfaction of estate of Giambanco that consul - <br /> tant has the technical and financial capabilities to perform <br /> the requested work and has established goodwill with other <br /> clients and regulatory agencies . <br /> E . Invoices and Payment <br /> Consultant shall submit detailed invoices monthly to Estate of <br /> Giambanco for payment . , Invoices shall specify the actual costs <br /> incurred during the billing period . Invoices for consulting <br /> services shall reference the specific sub- agreement and task for <br /> which the costs were incurred . In addition , the invoices should <br /> include when the services were performed , a breakdown for direct <br /> labor. , indirect costs , travel , equipment , material and supplies , <br /> and subcontract work . In essence , the description in the invoic- <br /> es must comply with the guidelines of the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board as set forth in Exhibit " D" . Invoices shall be <br /> submitted in duplicate . The Estate of Giambanco understands that <br /> it is responsible for paying invoices from the consultant when <br /> they are due , regardless of whether or not the work is reimbursed <br /> by the S . B . 2004 cleanup fund . <br /> F .
