AGE-NC Project No 96-0229 <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />' and sampling, the next monitoring event is tentatively scheduled for September 2001 <br /> • Conduct concurrent ground water monitoring events at the Pacific Car Wash site and the <br /> former Arco Mini-Mart (Pacific Mini-Mart) located at 4511 Pacific Avenue <br /> Cone penetrometer testing(CPT) soil bonngs were advanced at the site in July 2001 and a report of <br /> findings is forthcoming Based on data collected from the CPT soil bonngs, AGE will propose <br /> installation of additional deep-screened ground water monitoring wells, the screen intervals for the <br /> deep-screened monitoring wells will be placed to define and monitor the horizontal extent of the <br /> ground water plume in each informal hydrologic unit identified by the CPT investigation <br />' 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geologic/hydro- <br /> geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number <br /> of available data points (e g ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from <br /> these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional <br /> recommendations contained in this report <br /> • <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
