MW- 13 in the right-of--way. This bond should indicate the City of Stockton as <br /> Beneficiary. The bond is essentially good faith money that the monitor will be properly <br /> destroyed once the SJCEHD approves its destruction. It is Condor's understanding that <br /> the bond will be refundable to you once the monitor well is properly destroyed at some <br /> time in the fixture. <br /> 3 . After reading the enclosed Revocable Permit Requestfor Groundwater Monitoring Wells <br /> and the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits (Attachment C), please <br /> sign the completed copy of the Revocable Permit Application that is attached. <br /> Please provide the Certificate of Insurance, the completed Bond, and the signed and dated <br /> Revocable Permit Application to Condor at your earliest convenience. <br /> You will also find attached a copy of the letter to the City of Stockton Public Works Department <br /> citing the above mentioned documents necessary for the proposed Revocable Permit for your <br /> reference (Attachment D), copies of letters notifying adjacent properties owners concerning <br /> monitor well installation (Attachment E), and a stamped return envelope for your convenience. <br /> Once we have acquired the Revocable Permit we will proceed to obtain the encroachment permit <br /> and well installation and destruction permits.
