Quarterly Monitoring July 2001 and <br /> Sensitive Receptor Survey Report <br /> I Canepa's Car Wash(Pacific Avenue) <br /> Page 12 <br /> The municipal wells located on the east side of Gettysburg Place, north of Douglas Avenue and at the <br />' west entrance to the shopping center, are approximately 1,300 feet northwest of the site These wells are <br /> approximately 900 feet from a LUST site located at 6425 Pacific Avenue <br /> Condor recommends a review of PHS/EHD records for the other LUST sites within the sensitive receptor <br /> survey area be conducted to possibly determine the regional groundwater gradient within the survey area <br /> The existing monitor wells at the site should be resurveyed when the new monitor wells are installed <br /> during the next phase of the groundwater investigation <br /> Condor does not recommend sampling of any wells within the sensitive receptor survey study area until <br />' after the proposed mounding study and additional groundwater activities at the site are completed <br /> 8 0 LIMITATIONS <br />' Condor developed the Interpretations and conclusions presented herein in accordance with generally <br /> accepted principles and practice Conclusions presented in this report are professional opinions based on <br /> limited information obtained at the time of our site visits Condor has endeavored to determine as much <br /> as practical about the site using conventional practices given our scope of services Condor snakes no <br /> representation as to the subsurface conditions at locations or times other than those sampled by our <br /> employees and reported in this document If any changes are made or errors found in the information <br />' utilized in this report, the interpretations and conclusions contained herein shall not be considered valid <br /> unless the changes are reviewed by Condor and either appropriately modified or re-approved in writing <br />' This report was prepared by Condor under the direct supervision of a Registered Geologist in the State of <br /> California Any questions regarding the content of this document should be addressed to Don Kresse at <br /> (209)284-0518 <br />' Respectfully submitted, <br /> ICONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC <br /> `S% F GFO <br /> �:/�j *'4-� <br /> Lee H Morse NO.
