SJEHD approved a remedial action plan for upgrading the system and installing a groundwater pump and treat system that will operate in tandem with the upgraded SVE system. Please reference the following section for additional information regarding the anticipated remediation. FUTURE WORK Condor submitted a Problem Assessment Report (PAR) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP), dated October 18, 2002, for the site. The CAP recommended preparation of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) to describe • the proposed remediation design. Condor prepared the RAP dated March 3, 2003 and submitted it to the SJCEHD for approval. In a letter dated October 17, 2003, SJCEHD approved the RAP submitted by Condor dated March 3, 2003. Condor is currently conducting installation of the treatment systems and �M� CONDOR
