SJEHD approved a remedial <br /> action plan for upgrading the system and installing a groundwater pump and treat system that will operate <br /> in tandem with the upgraded SVE system. Please reference the following section for additional <br /> information regarding the anticipated remediation. <br /> FUTURE WORK <br /> Condor submitted a Problem Assessment Report (PAR) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP), dated October <br /> 18, 2002, for the site. The CAP recommended preparation of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) to describe <br /> • the proposed remediation design. Condor prepared the RAP dated March 3, 2003 and submitted it to the <br /> SJCEHD for approval. In a letter dated October 17, 2003, SJCEHD approved the RAP submitted by <br /> Condor dated March 3, 2003. Condor is currently conducting installation of the treatment systems and <br /> �M� CONDOR <br />
