Stockton, CA-95207 k <br /> May 2, 1996 <br /> i Condor Earth Technologies,Inc.(Condor)will provide professional consulting services to complete the tasks listed <br /> below for Canepa's Car Wash, located at 6230 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California. The work will be performed <br /> pursuant to the Contract for Consulting Services, dated May 2, 1996, between Canepa's Car Wash (Client) and <br /> Condor. The following tasks will be performed: L <br /> 'I'TASK 1 - RECORDS REVIEW: <br /> l Condor will conduct a site background records review at the PHS/EHD. The records review will f` <br /> ii be conducted by an environmental geologist possessing extensive knowledge in UST related soil <br /> ii and groundwater investigation and remediation. The geologist will review previous soil and <br /> { groundwater investigative work plans and reports,regulatory agency correspondence,geologic data, <br /> soil and groundwater analytical data, and SVE system documentation. The records review is f <br /> I�. expected to take approximately two (2) hours to perform. k <br /> TASK 2 - SITE RECONNAISSANCE: <br /> .I . <br /> i Following the records review, Condor will meet with site representatives and perform a site <br /> reconnaissance. Condor will inspect the SVE system manifolds, sampling valves, dilution air <br /> i. valves, moisture knockout system, blower specifications, supplemental fuel train, and internal <br /> I combustion(IC) engine specifications. The site reconnaissance is expected to take approximately <br /> aA. <br /> , 2.5 hours to perform. E <br /> TASK 3 - EVALUATE SVE SYSTEM: <br /> Condor will compile and analyze the records review data and site visit data to evaluate the SVE <br /> !` system design. A letter report will be prepared including the following information: <br /> A) The condition of all SVE wells at the site including the presence or absence of groundwater in or <br /> above the screened interval and measurements of depth to groundwater and the total depth of <br /> casing. <br /> B) Total volume of soil in the treatment area, including mass volume of hydrocarbons based on <br /> existing soil boring data. <br /> !`!
