In addition,Alternate Secondary Containment Methods as described <br /> in Section§112.7(d) are not applicable. However,active secondary containment <br /> measures are used for the qualified oil-filled operating equipment (112.7(k)) and <br /> for the pump out of the oil/water separator (active secondary containment). <br /> SECTION 112.7(E)INSPECTIONS, TESTS,AND RECORDS <br /> Written procedures for all inspections required by this plan are attached as <br /> Appendix E. The record of all such inspections are maintained for three years <br /> and made a part of this SPCC Plan in accordance with 40 CFR§112.7(e). <br /> SECTION 112.7(F)PERSONNEL TRAINING AND DISCHARGE PREVENTION <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> The facility Facility/Maintenance Manager is the designated person accountable <br /> for oil spill prevention and reports to the general manager. Refer to Page (i-vix). <br /> The vehicle maintenance personnel have control of the oil storage containers on <br /> site and are trained in the operation,maintenance, and filling of those storage <br /> containers. Facility personnel are instructed verbally on the operation of <br /> equipment and trained in proper cleanup and spill prevention procedures. <br /> Appropriate personnel are instructed in applicable pollution control laws,rules, <br /> and regulations. Spill prevention briefings,to familiarize appropriate personnel <br /> with this SPCC Plan,will be scheduled at least once per year. Such briefings <br /> highlight and describe known spill events or failures,malfunctioning equipment, <br /> and recently developed precautionary measures if applicable. The Training <br /> Program Outline is included as Appendix F with documentation in Appendix G. <br /> SECTION 112.7(G) SECURITY <br /> The facility is completely enclosed with a 7-foot high chain-link perimeter fence. <br /> Access to the site is gained via 2 gates at the entrance.
