All fill <br /> ports and valves are locked when not in use. Only facility personnel have access <br /> to the tanks. <br /> SECTION 112.7(H)FACILITY TANK CAR AND TANK TRUCK LOADING/UNLOADING <br /> RACK <br /> There are no tank cars, or tank truck loading or unloading racks at the Facility. <br /> Tank and Vacuum truck loading and unloading procedures are described in <br /> Section 112.7(a)(3)(ii). <br /> SECTION 112.7(1)BRITTLE FRACTURE EVALUATION <br /> There are no field-constructed containers at the Facility. All tanks were <br /> shop-built. <br /> SECTION 112.7(J) CONFORMANCE WITH PREVENTION STANDARDS <br /> State Rules <br /> Used oil is considered a hazardous waste in the State of California. Therefore, <br /> the Used Oil Tank is also regulated under Title 22 of the California Code of <br /> Regulations,Section 66265.192 (22 CCR§66265.192) for Design and Installation of <br /> New Tank Systems or Components. This regulation has more stringent <br /> requirements for leak detection,secondary containment,and integrity testing <br /> than those outlined in 40 CFR§112.7. This regulation requires that the tank <br /> system,including tanks,piping,pumps,and other appurtenances are inspected <br /> and an integrity assessment is completed every 5 years. The assessment must be <br /> certified by a Professional Engineer. <br /> 18 <br />
